Do my rewards / points expire?
No. Your Barna rewards / points do not have an expiration. However, the gift cards or other rewards you receive may have an expiration date. 

I can't see any reward options. How do I redeem my points?
If you are unable to see any options for redeeming your points, you may need to update your profile with your country of residence. This helps us know which reward options are available in your area. Please contact the Site admin at surveys@barna.org and request to have your information updated. You can also update your detailed profile by completing the Profile Update Survey under available surveys.

How can I retrieve my password?
Please use the form provided here to retrieve your password.

How did I become a Pastor Panel member?
You may have become a Pastor Panel member through one of the following ways:
• By completing a registration survey.
• By agreeing to participate in future surveys with Barna Group.

If you were signed up in error or wish to be excluded from future Barna Group studies, you may unsubscribe.

Who is included in Barna’s Pastor Panel?
Our panel consists of a diverse group of pastors and church leaders representing the different Christian denominations in the US and countries around the world.

What languages are surveys available in?
At this time, the majority of our studies will be made available in English. On a rare occasion, some studies may be made available in other languages.

How do I update or change my personal information or email address?
You may update or modify your registration information by selecting “My Profile” from the menu across the top of the website. You can also update your detailed profile by completing the Profile Update Survey under Available Surveys.

Can multiple people share one account?
No, only one person may use an account. Each individual on the panel must have their own unique account and login information.

How do I unsubscribe from Barna’s Pastor Panel?
We appreciate your participation in Barna’s Pastor Panel and encourage you to remain part of our community. However, if you would like to unsubscribe from the panel at any time, you may do so by completing the unsubscribe process.

Does anyone have access to my personal information?
Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. For detailed information regarding how we collect and use your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Why am I not receiving any survey invitations?
If you haven't done so already, please add surveys@barna.org to your contact list. ISP's change their filters often which may cause your survey invitation to end up in your junk or Spam email folder or it may be blocked completely. It is a good idea to check your subfolders to make sure you don't miss any of our survey invitations. The number of survey invitations you receive changes every day because survey invitations are sent at random, once they become available in our system.

Why do you ask personal information in your survey?
We ask questions about your demographics, interests, employment, purchasing behaviors, and online usage to help us develop general trends about our panel. This information is used to conduct statistical analyses so we can ensure that our sample of respondents is representative. We also use this information to subdivide the panel into special interest groups and to send you surveys that are more pertinent to your interests and characteristics.

Do I have to participate every time I am invited to take a survey?
We encourage you to take a survey whenever you receive an invitation. We value each panel member's opinion. Choosing not to participate in a survey will not affect your membership.

Who do I contact if I have questions or comments about a survey?
Our Survey Help Desk will be very happy to answer any questions you may have and they will listen to any suggestions or comments. Questions or comments about the design or content of specific surveys will then be forwarded to that survey's project manager. We value your feedback, as we continually try to improve the quality of our surveys and your survey-taking experience. We invite you to contact the Survey Help Desk and share your feedback.

Technical Challenges
Unfortunately, we occasionally experience technical problems with our servers or surveys. From time to time, our servers may become overloaded when too many people try to access a survey at the same time. If you can't access a survey or it takes too long to complete a particular survey, you can always exit and finish the survey at a later time, just be sure to click the save icon before exiting your survey.

If you are experiencing a technical problem, please feel free to contact the Survey Help Desk. The Survey Help Desk will determine what the problem is and help you access the survey, or, at least, explain what is happening.
